How much does a rental cost?

The price, any deposit and the rental terms are shown on the station. Check them before you pay, including the return deadline and any charges for keeping the power bank.

Do I need my own cable?

The power banks have built-in cables. Check that an available connector fits your phone before starting a rental.

Where can I find a station?

We’re building our network, starting in Hull. Message @get.back.on for the latest station availability.

How do I finish my rental?

Follow the return instructions on your station, slot the power bank back in and check that your rental has ended. If something isn’t right, message us with the venue name and what happened.
